Angela and her team have done the best job by far

In the past I have managed my rental properties myself and enlisted a couple of agents at times as well. Angela and her team have done the best job by far. No rent arrears, regular inspections and great communication. She and Peter have given sound advise and are always just a call/email away. I wouldn't want anyone else managing my property.

6 yrs later it is still in as new condition

Angela has been looking after a property of mine for 5 yrs. I reluctantly had to leave my newly renovated home for work overseas . 6 yrs later it is still in as new condition! Never a missed rent payment, thorough inspections and all maintanence attended to immediately as required. Much appreciated, you are simply the best !

They were easy to communicate with when we needed

We have used the services of Simply the Best for 6 years, to manage 2 houses we have owned in Stanmore Bay and Arkles Bay, and would highly recommend their service to anybody who has property they want to be managed well . We have been living in Queensland Australia for 5 years now and have relied on Simply the Best to collect rents and to inspect our houses regularly and to keep us well informed of any problems that do occur in any house occasionally. These have then been dealt with efficiently by Angela and her team. Angela has always found us good tenants as she is careful to match up people to best suit the type and size of property. Simply the Best Property have been managing our rental properties for over ten years now and we often tell people that if we could not have Angela and the Team working alongside us we would not have rental properties.
